
Fiora’s practice focuses primarily on patent law, both in advisory work and in litigation, as well as on related competition law issues and, more broadly, on all areas of intellectual property law (trademarks, designs, copyright).
She pursued her studies in intellectual property law in France and the United States, earning specialised Master’s degrees from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and UCLA School of Law.
Before joining Schertenleib, Fiora practiced as a lawyer in a French IP boutique. She also worked as an intern in several intellectual property departments of French and international law firms and of a global company.
Fiora is fluent in French and English.
