Marc Lauzeral
Marc Lauzeral is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a Unified Patent Court Representative.
Marc’s practice is focused on complex cross-border patent, SPC and trade secrets disputes.
Marc has extensive experience at every stage of litigation, from preliminary injunction to final hearing, in first instance and in appeal before French courts and the Unified Patent Court where he advised clients before the French, German and Italian Divisions.
Before joining Schertenleib, Marc worked as a lawyer in a European IP boutique and in the IP/IT department of an international law firm.
Marc was also Law Clerk for the intellectual property judges (3rd civil chamber) of Lyon Court of First Instance. This experience allowed him to prepare more than 50 IP cases for the judges, to attend hearings and deliberations, and to draft decisions.
Marc is fluent in French and in English.
