Maurane's practice focuses on patent and SPC law, in advisory and mainly in litigation before both the French courts and the Unified Patent Court.
Her practice also extends to the related fields of regulatory pharmaceutical law and competition law.
Before joining Schertenleib Avocats, Maurane completed several internships in patent and intellectual property law with French and international law firms.
She also completed an internship with the 3rd Civil Chamber of the Paris First Instance Court, specialising in intellectual property law.
