Nevyn has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2022. She also passed the NY Bar Exam in 2022.
Nevyn is an intellectual property associate whose work focuses on patent litigation. She advises national and international clients, particularly in the life sciences field.
Nevyn holds several degrees, including a Masters in Private Law from University Pantheon-Sorbonne, where she graduated first in her class, a Masters in IP Law from University Pantheon-Assas, a Masters in International Law and Management from HEC Paris, where she won the prize for best thesis, and a Masters in Law from Columbia Law School in New York.
She also has published various works on Intellectual Property Law, including chapters in forthcoming books on enforcement of UPC decisions and on infringement of second medical use claims in France, and articles on the European Union Trade Mark Law Reform.
Nevyn is fluent in French and English, and proficient in Spanish.
